Our Story
BHC Technology was founded in 2000 with a clear aim and that was to help businesses make technically informed decisions that contribute to meaningful progress. The company began as a small consultancy and has since grown into a multidisciplinary team supporting clients across engineering, manufacturing, digital systems and a range of specialist technical fields.
As our experience developed, the focus of our work increasingly centred on understanding the scientific and technological problems that organisations face. This includes situations where companies refine processes, develop tools, explore new system behaviours or work through technical uncertainties. Phil Bradley
Founder / Technical Director
Phil created BHC Technology in 2000 following a career in aerospace engineering that included supporting major programmes for companies such as Airbus. His background in engineering, technical investigation and process analysis continues to influence the way BHC operates. Phil leads on complex technical engagements and supports clients in explaining the scientific and technological foundations of their projects.
Brad Counsel
Managing Director
Brad is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in engineering-focused and construction-related environments. He brings a detailed understanding of how systems, materials and processes operate in practice and helps clients describe their technical challenges accurately and in context.
Sasha Dylan
Business Development Director
Sasha is a qualified accountant with commercial experience across manufacturing and operational finance. This includes working with production teams, process development specialists and technical managers. Sasha helps clients express their work clearly, linking the real scientific or technological challenges they addressed with the structured methods used to resolve those challenges.
